TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking tutoring sessions with AGA Online Learning, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

AGA Online Learning offers online Amharic tutoring and educational resources.
All sessions are delivered virtually through approved video platforms.

2. Assessment & First Session

All new students must:

Complete the Student Assessment Form
Attend one free assessment session

After the assessment, a personalised study plan and suitable pricing package will be recommended.

3. Booking & Payment

Lessons must be purchased in packages (5, 10, or 30 sessions).
Payment must be completed before official lessons begin.
Packages are valid for the stated duration (1 month or 3 months).
Sessions are booked using available package credits.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Students are responsible for being on time to sessions.
Sessions start at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
To reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from the package.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

We will:

Provide high-quality, personalised tutoring
Supply learning resources (notes, worksheets, audio, etc.)
Track progress and update study plans
Communicate professionally and promptly

6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

Engage respectfully with the tutor
Complete any practice tasks given
Communicate clearly regarding availability
Use their package credits within the validity period

7. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, notes, recordings, and resources are the property of AGA Online Learning.
They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AGA Online Learning is not responsible for:

Technical issues on the student’s device
Internet connection problems
External disruptions beyond our control

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website.
