Refund Policy

AGA Online Learning aims to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all tutoring packages.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

• The student has not used any sessions from the package

• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase

​

After lessons have begun, refunds cannot be offered.

​

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Missed sessions

• Failure to use sessions within the validity period

• Changes in personal schedule

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice

• Dissatisfaction related to personal progress (as progress varies per learner)

3. Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a session with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

​

4. Package Validity

• 5-session package: valid for 1 month

• 10-session package: valid for 1 month

• 30-session package: valid for 3 months

​

• Unused sessions expire after the validity period.

​​

5. Tutor Cancellations

If the tutor must cancel a session for any reason:

• The session will be rescheduled

• OR credited back to the package

​

Please include your name, package purchased, and reason for the request.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days if eligible.
